Rear vented caliper swap

I have a 1990 GX so the rear calipers were non-vented ones. I had one go bad so I bought a set of vented calipers.
Are the pads/rotors thick on the vented calipers?

T'ain't the calipers that are vented, it's the rotors and yes, the vented rotors are thicker.
Pads are the same for either setup.

Cool thanks, I went and picked some up and yes, they are double the thickness (or close). crazy...

They . re double 10MM & 20MM.
