rear trailing arm bushing function?
I'm not sure how to ask this, but what does the rear trailing arm bushing do and is
it really worth it to replace them? Is it just a one axis pivot (like the similar bushing on the front arm) or does it move sideways at all? Do they wear out enough to be a problem?
I'm replacing the bushings in my car with the kit from Mazdatrix. The front is done and by the end of today, I'll have the dtss eliminators installed. I just really don't want to mess with the rear end any more if it's not really necessary.
I'm thinking it may be better to wait until I decide to replace the subframe mounts, rear camber links, or something else in the rear.
