Do these fold down flat and are they hard to install? For soemone that has done it, approx. how long does the install take?

 

The rear seats do fold down, as for how much time it takes to install them, i don't remember how long it took me, but it shouldn't take no more than 30 mins. They are pretty easy to take off i think, but i forgot exactly how i took them off and installed them. I think to put the seats, all you have to do is set the seats where the bins were, and press the seat back and down untill it clips to the car. The back rest should be screwed on.

 

Sounds pretty easy, is $80 a good price for them? with all belts and hardware?

if the seats are in good shape its a good deal they go for 100-150 on ebay

 

yeah 80 is about right for those seats because they're pretty rare to find, but try offering him like 70 to see if he'll take it.
