Rear Main Seal!!! Ahhh Might Leak!!

hey guys i was doing some research.. and it seems i forgot to replace the rear main seal on the tranny!!! AH!!!! im very scared of the consequenses of an inside leak, since it will not only shot the tranny but the clutch and the flywheel as well... is there anything i can do besides taking the tranny out?
