Rear LCA bushing removal.

Anyone got any tips? There are two bushings per side, and they each press in from the left and right sides, however, I cannot get them out. I've tried taking a flat head and catch the inside lip and then hit it with a deadblow, but no luck. Anyone have any exp with this ?

HEAT ... you need lots of heat. a torch should heat the center steel so you can push it out ... then cut the rubber a little and that should push out also. use a spray lube to help with the rubber.
