I'm not following you. What exactly is loose? Is the flange (26-241) or is it the aluminum triaxial floating hub (26-141A, 26-141Y)? Is it only side or both?

I took a couple of videos. Maybe I didn’t get the axle but torqued it enough, or maybe it came loose?

The flange for sure and maybe a bit in the hub sleeve

It's clearly the bearing. The flange should not have any play in any direction. It should only be able to rotate. The bearing is effed up. It was either installed improperly or it was the incorrect bearing or both. Most likely the shop effed up the bearing during installation. These bearings are not reusable. Anytime you remove the RWB, you need to properly install a new bearing.
