are the rear and front rotor housings and rotors the same?

im rebuilding my N/A 88' and the rear apex seal blew and all non-turbo rear housings and rotors are NLA so can i use 2 front rotors and housings?

If you don't need to pass emissions, they should be functionally the same.

If you need to pass emissions I think there is a difference in the EGR passage between front & rear. Hence the different part numbers.

the rotors are the same so no trouble there.

with the rotor housing they only drill the air injection passage on one side, so if you want the other side, you drill the passage, its really easy
