rear diff noises

rear diff noises

well ima driving from a stop in a 90 rx-7 gtu and th rear diff seems fine , but when i shift i hear a clunk in the rear, my friend drove it and he says it the rear diff mount could that be tru or something else cuz he said the diff is fine , if it wasnt it wouldnt spin or drive ?

Chances are, differential mount is busted.

yeah ur probly right is it hard to change my self of take it to a shop?

When mine broke, I took it to a local guy, and he charged me 50 bucks for the mount, and labor to put it in. It was worth it to me.....so I don't know how hard it is.

dam thats cheap i tried calling discount auto parts and other plcaes they didnt know what i was talking about and mazda has it for 160 bucks, ima have to find a way then
