Rear Camber Adjuster Write Up?

I just bought a TC Sportline Rear Camber adjuster, pic,

And it came with no instructions, so I did my searching, and can't find anything on the interwebs saying how to do the install. Do any of you have a write up? I searched on here and couldn't find anything. I'm sorry if I missed it. I haven't lifted the car up or really even looked for what I'm replacing. Is it pretty easy and self explanitory? Should I make sure I aquire instructions before doing the install?

Other questions:

Is this gonna destroy my toe? Will I have to get a toe adjuster also so I don't screw up my handling?

Why aren't the little cylinder things attached to the bar, why in the eff are they just loose? They don't screw on or anything, they just kinda sit there.

P.S. I have one semester of H.S. auto class to my name. I try to fix what I can, but am no mechanic.

1. remove factory bar
2. install new bar
3. get an alignment

the bar holds the rear subframe to the chassis. you should be able to see it on the driver side towards the rear of the car. there is a 17mm bolt/nut holding the bottom on, i dont remember what the top is.

You won't need a new toe adjuster. Thicker 'cylinder' end goes up. If the shop asks, shortening the bar will give you more positive camber, lengthening it increases negative camber. I ended up having a half degree difference side to side, so don't be surprised if it doesn't come out even.

Stupid .5 difference... At least I'm helping to keep MMR and the alignment shop in business.

If you use the camber bar in conjunction with the individual camber adjusters from awr or mazdatrix or supernow you should be able to dial it out evenly.

I'll let you guys know the numbers once I get it adjusted. I'm shootin for .7, so hopefully it'll be pretty precise. I'll see if I need to get those once the time comes. But $200 for .1 difference on one side doesn't seem worth it...
