Rear calipers.

Are they twist and push? Or is my caliper just seized.

you need a "caliper block tool" to turn the Piston in..If that is what you are asking.You can't squeeze them in with a set of slip joint pliers..won't work.

Sounds like they are seized. You should be able to use needle nose pliers to twist and push to make them recess.
