Rear Brakes on 89GTU

So i'm swapping t2 brakes onto my 89GTU. my question is, can i use aftermarket t2 brake rotots on the na with t2 calipers? I'm having trouble clarifying whether or not the rotors will fit on the na axles. i am also assuming that since the rear ventilated rotors are 10mm wider (t2) that i will have to switch the rear calipers as well if i want to use an after market rear rotor since i can't find a performance rear rotor for my na. any help or links to info would be appreciated.

"Performance" rotors do NOTHING for performance beyond what a plain rotor does. They can help keep the pads clean from glazing, but this really isn't an issue as long as your using appropriate pads (ie no racing on street pads).

Yes you can use any vented rear rotor on the NA, as long as you use the appropriate caliper and caliper bracket, since they're wider to accomodate the wider rotor.

thanks, but just to clarify, any 89 rx7 rotor will fit with the appropriate caliper? just don't want to end up getting hardware that won't fit my axles.
