really odd stereo/clock/alarm problem?

stereo will turn on after the car is shut off and key is taken out of the ignition,it turns it self off in about 5 mins, but when this happens my digital clock resets it self,as well as my alarm wont arm, well the beep doesnt happen when i lock the door and the light doesnt come on, this happens about 3 times a day as its my daily driver, and doesnt affect anything else,i cant seem to find the problem,..any ideas on what i can do to fix this?

Edit: On your car there is a 60 amp fuse in the engine fuse box and connected to that is a White/Red wire which leads to the interior fuse box and from there it feeds a 7.5 amp fuse which inturn feeds the Blue/Red wire which supplies a constant voltage to all of the items you mentioned: radio, alarm, warning lights/clock, interior lights, key lock light, ignition light and so on. It appears this wire is pulsing at times which would cause your current problems. A simple explanation is the wire is grounding out and shorting the wire causing the on/off nature of the voltage. Also, perhaps one of the components in the circuit involved is creating the problem and if so you would have to disconnect each one and wait to see if the same problem persists and if not, then proceed to the next item in the circuit and do the same.
