really important question
heres the info:
87 na swapped in a jspec 91 tii engine. did all the necessary requirements to run her.
her was the problem i ran into:
neither the turn signals, hazards, fuel gauge, boost gauge (just ran an aftermarket so no longer a problem) would work. the gauge cluster doesn't light up either.
from what i understand the body harness of the s4 does not work well with the s5 instrument cluster (without re-pinning) and the switches in the gauge surround (turn signal switch...etc) dont like to work either...
took the car to a "reliable" place and they totally bastardized my body harness and it still doesn't work.
so now im thinking that if i pick up the s5 body harness and swap that in it should work correctly.
if anyone has some info on this i need to know immediately before i purchase this harness.
its been killing me trying to figure out if this will fix the problem. or if i have to find a tII body harness from an s5 specifically or if the s5 na i found will work.
please guys i gotta find out from someone who knows for sure.
thanks!

To hard to answer because it's unknown what harness was used during the swap.
Easiest way would have been to use the stock non turbo harness that the car came with.
If a Turbo EM harness was used on the engine.......that complicated things if the proper repinning of that harness was not done.
Plus it's unknown as to what the other people did to your harness.
Plus you must have used a Turbo combination meter on the car in lieu of the non turbo the car came with so let it be known the pinnouts are not the same b/t the two items.
