Really good gas mileage

Since i'm taking my car on an 850 mile road trip to denver (moving) i decided to see how my gas mileage is on the highway. I mad the 200 mile drive to my dads and only used half a tank of fuel! That means i'm getting about 25 miles to the gallon (assuming that half the tank is 8 gallons).

I recnetly changed the fuel filter and the O2 sensor, you guys might want to give it a shot if you're getting bad gas mileage. Oh, and i have an SAFC and while driving at 80mph it reads a change of -6.2. That's probably helping too.

that's about as good as they get stock. Some lean it out some with an S-AFC, considering the N/A runs a little rich stock so you can yet gain some there.

Well the car isn't completely stock. It has no cats and cone intake...i'm sure i could lean it out more but it's not tuned so i fear blowing something. 25 mpg is good enough for me.

I recently turned 26 @ 75 in an S4 street port with stock ECU and exhaust during a 600 mile road trip. FC's can be economical!

Oh man 26 mpg?!?!

I'm so jealous. I only get 16 mpg if I'm lucky.

I'm not sure of the mpg but I did a 300 mi trip on a streetported S5 TII with cone filter and I only used a little more than 3/4 of a tank...

premix=great mileage

If you want better mileage-premix 75-80 to 1
Use the walmart stuff it's dirt cheap.
Should be able to pickup at least 5mi/gal.

My mom's '03 V6 accord gets 27-28 on the freeway.

Our '94 Mazda MPV gets 20 freeway. Probably 21-23 when all the tires aren't 10psi below spec.
