Okay, here goes, i'm curious as to what you guys think

I got my 87 Sport when i was 16. Straight from Colorado. Took me 1.5 years to get it on the road (canadian standards n ****)

I got it painted, then i blew the trany i swapped in a whole bunch of new parts....like clutch tranny, flywheel all the stuff. So i've put alot of work into this car

It has had its ups and down, got the windows tinted blah blah...worked shitty. I got it working Correctly...And this car has become my pride and joy. I'm very happy with the car. But the KM's on the body are gettin up ther (200,000 kilometers) and the engine with about 50k Little things are starting to break.....

Basically i just want to try new cars and new things (TII) i'd love to get my hands on one, the hood scoop the turbo, the bov all that power. But my next concern is that i really like drifting and i hear that T2s are really hard to drift in the rain.

There are a few things i need to fix on my 7 before i can sell it (power steering, and i need a new rear bumper)

Now the dilema.....I really have put a ton of work into my N/A but i'd like to start fresh. I'd like to paint the TII an exotic colour, put on some really nice rims, lower it tint the windows and do some engine mods.

I know i have not organized this very well, so i apologize i just had to get my thoughts out

Evan

Do it. TIIs have more potential per $ IMO. Sure sounds like that's what you want. Don't worry about the money you've invested, it's always hard to get it all back.

Although drifting is fun, please dont do it in the rain. Im very confident in my driving, but even I slow down and refrain from driving like a jackass in the rain. Be careful, we dont want you to hurt yourself or anyone else.

"Drifting"? or just hanging the rear out? Either way, the delay in boost must be what's being referred to and the solution is to know your ride.

You guys read my mind about the boost delay.

But when i refer to drifting i mean going sideways before or while i'm in a turn

Thanks for the concern. But i really enjoy it and i make sure its safe.

Ahh, go drift your little heart out. Safe? What fun is that? Just be prepared to burn up a lot of tires! Personally, I think you should keep your N/A, you wont get much for it, and get a TII the same color and use the same plate and reg. Just don't get caught!

Be sure to swap out the VIN plate on the defroster for the windshield...they'll check that against the registration.
