Real tired, question about Seals

Just a small quick question I couldn't find the answer to, where is the Oil seal and how much will it cost to replace a new one?

It's inside the engine.
Check out prices for "rebuild".
I'd say we're talking $1,000 EASY done by a "professional".

Go to the Factory Service Manual and read the ENGINE section. The engine section disassembles the engine and then reassembles it. You can see graphics of the seals in that section.

The FSM is free for a download and the location of the download is in the FAQ thread at the beginning of this second generation site.
