Real dumb question... Instrument cluster dimmer?
Compared to other people posting questions around here, I am at least glad to see someone posting up a SANE question that won't waste everyone's time.
Like st1llet0 said, its on the headlight switch. Its on the part you use to flip the headlight, but the INNER portion of it (the headlight ON part is on the OUTSIDE). It's a semi round dome shape.

I have had 2 FCs that did not adjust with the ****, on those cars I would adjust it to full then tap the **** a little bit and they would work again, probably needed something rebuilt but I never bothered.
so if you get no adjustment try tapping that switch lightly

There's a transistor inside there that fails sometimes and it makes the dimmer not work at all. If that's the case, there's the cheap method and expensive method to repairing it...
Cheap method is to bypass the ************.
Expensive method is to replace the transistor.
