Ready to buy true HID Kit is this it?? link inside

http://www.imotorgear.com/product.as...d=15100100P002

Is this the kit that will replace my factory headlamps? If not can anyone direct me to a site that has a direct replacement HID lamp kit? I want the real ones.

Thanks!

Is the factory FC headlamp size 200mm? I'm interested in a hella lense then go with an HID conversion if that'll fit better.

What exactly did you get? The Sylvania kit? X6054 sealed beam HID replacement 200mm 5X7? I'm looking more for performance over the blue color. 4300k I understand makes the truest white light and best visability and thats what I'm after.

Thanks for the link Black. It gave me some ideas and some search tips. I ended up buying a sealed beam Sylvania system for 439.00, regularly 899.00 so not a bad deal. heres the link I found em at.

I'll let you all know what I think of em when I get em installed.

True, well made HIDs are incredible. The cutoffs are AMAZINGLY sharp. Above the cutoff, looking directly at the light, it doesn't appear to be very bright at all. 1" lower and you can't see, because you're blind, theres so much light. It's just incredible.

I'd still like to find a HID system with HID high beams, though.. HID low beams + regular high beams is retarded... And no high beams at all is even worse.

Agreed, HID lows and reg high is gay but I rarely use high anyway. Anything is better than the factory yellow sealed beams or what I am running now, cheap *** e-bay hid lookalikes.
