RB turbo catback on streetported N/A?

I'm about to start the buildup on my 90 GTU AutoX'er,
'just about have the motor out.. I've got a rebuild video on the way, & i've started ordering parts..
Shipping for exhaust is really expensive since i'm in Alaska,
But someone local has a Racing Beat turbo catback for sale, It would save me alot of cash if this were a good exhaust option.

Would this be a good catback for a <2600 lbs. streetported N/A with an intake?
Would this work with a RB collected header & presilencer for N/A?

How loud would it be?

Ok, now what about a non streetported N/A?.. good idea or no..
I might not be able to afford the streetport.

It will work great and might be a slight bit louder.
