Question RB Torque Brace install question

For anyone that's installed this brace (or had to deal with this bolt), the bolt under the oil filter which attaches the bell housing (and must come off to install)is NOT moving and I'm afraid to strip it.

Help please.
thanks

I take it you are using an open end, do you have an line wrenches? Any chance you can get a wratchet in there, maybe a 1/4" drive..?

Put some WD40 where the bolt attaches and let it sit for a while then try again.
