I put one in when I did the injectors on my FC. I DEFINATLY noticed a difference. In my personal opinion I say it is worth it.

i paid $18 for mine... got it from mazdatrix. dont know how much difference it made cuz i replaced all the clutch hydraulics while i was at it.

can u install it after a clutch install or do you have to do it when your doing the install?

Its outside of the tranny, so you can get to it whenever you want.

I have one, and I love it. I wouldnt even want to think about how much the stock one would expand with my RB race pressure plate. But my clutch is very accurate and predictable.
