i have a real quick question and i could not find the exact answer i was looking for thru a search.

my question is i have turbo II downpipe that was made to bolt to the stock cat, and i needed to know if i could just use the racing beat turbo presilencer instead of a test pipe to bolt up to the fc3s cat back exhaust i currently have (2.5" to 3" taper to mate to stock cat)?

Should work.

I have Racing beat DP and the presilencer and a Cork sport 3 in tapered to 2.5 to mate with it.

You can always give racing beat a call. They are always willing to help.

 

hey digi7, my setup is the same as yours minus the presilencer, i have a race pipe in place of the cats, how loud is your setup? how much of a difference does the presilencer make? my strieght pipesetup is way to freeking loud, is the RB presilencer worth it? tnanks -alex

 

I have straight pipes out my car too, and I think they are too loud. I just bought one of these( http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerc...38&prmenbr=361 ), and am going to try and put it where my straight pipe was. I hope it will quiet it down just a tad.
