rb presilencer on 5speed swap

Question rb presilencer on 5speed swap

ok guys heres my delema. i did the auto-5speed swap a while back and used the stock exaust manifold and a bonez high flow. well i decided to change and i got the rb headder presilencer combo headders fit fine but the presilencer wont go in because it has a bracket coming off of it that hits my coustom bracket!! has any one else had this happen and what did you do about it?

im debating between cuting it off fully or bending it down. either way its going to have to move but im trying to decide which is best. input would be helpfull

what bracket the one on the presilencer or the one on the car
