rattleing at high rpm

Hey, Im having an hard time shifting at high rpm's, like around 6-8k rpm. My stick shift rattles like crazy and its hard to shift. Is it my shifter bushings? or what else can it be?

could be various mounts in the drivetrain as well like, motor, tranny, etc. its probably a combination of things, take a look at your mounts and your shifter bushings and see if anything looks worn.
