Rattiling sound
When I drive up hill or floor it when the car is moving (not in netural) the car kinda bogs down and makes this rattling sound. I was told it could be an engine mount but I checked when I took my engine craddle out and they are both fine
Any ideas on what this is and how to fix it?

I had a similar problem. For me it was the exhaust flange (hitting the heat shield and or exhaust manifold) - the skinny metal tube going from the engine to the mid pipe. I just went under my car and tied it up away from the problem areas with some wire. Now it sounds so smooth ALL The time

I can still redline it just rattles like a **** and sounds like the car is gonna blow up 
I gutted my cats so I know my cats are not loose, I will check that little pipe that runs back to them and I will check the hear shield fo rthe exhaust manifold (wouldn't that be the header?) BTW I have a 89 GTU
