Oh, and I know my light is out

I'll be making sleepy eye conversion on her tomorrow. I can't wait!

Sorry all, I'm re-cropping them now. Didn't think they'd be this huge. They weren't when I viewed them off my computer anyway.

Are you gonna just yank the retractor fuse and wind em down by hand?

Yes, I am. I don't feel like making a bracket and all that kinda stuff.

I'm just going to be lazy, for now.....

Oh yeah. here's a few more pictures...

my sub:

introvert -- Here's what i want tod o with the car. Make it something like this:

That's fc313bt88 car.

I just think it'd be easier than trying to do the bracket.. that way if I ever wanted to put it back up to regular, I can easily do so... instead of having to take the motor out, putting it back in, etc.

I'll have pictures of it tomorrow to let ya'll see..

You don't have to mess around with any brackets or motors. Just one relay, one switch, some wire and connectors and you're good to go.

Nice Car, Christi. But I did LOL when I saw how much room in the trunk the sub takes up! BTW what size tires and wheels do you have on the RC car? They kind of look like 3rd Gen to me.

Amur - Yeah, I read up on that. I don't want to really make a switch or anything like that. Something I'm not interested in doing right now..... But thanks for the link -- I have saved it for future reference.

cman - Thanks. Yeah. I've laughed off and on too. The 2 6" subs behind that 12"... really sucks. haha. When the 1st set blew, it blew 2 of my channels on my amp

Here's the sleepy eye's conversion. I'm not too sure if I need to lower them more, or not. It just looks, a bit wierd... different anyway.

They need to be raised all the way up or not at all...so that they will look good.

I never liked the sleepy eye look except on the most aggressive looking drift cars. on regular street cars with standard bodywork it just looks broken. very clean car otherwise...
