Random flooding while driving? WTF

hey I searched but couldn't find much.

okay I have changed my o2, fuel filter, had my injectors cleaned.

Now that said I will be going down the road just crusing and it will just bog down and I will flip my cutoff switch and it clears up and I can go on my way. but now it is doing it a lot more and its getting kind of dangerous. also when I first start it up it will be rich and I will fip the switch for a sec to clear it up.

What else could it be? what am I overlooking?

Cleaning the injectors will not fix the problem, if it happens to be a sticking, tired injector. Been there...Is your gas mileage horrendous?
