Random buzzer

I just bought a 88 vert with a blown 13b.......
I pretty much got everything from under the hood out since I'm doing a turbo 2 swap.
I connected a battery to check if the windows, top, etc. work. I notice when putting the top up or down it will stop halfway I press the *** and then it will go all the way down, but there is a annoying buzzer that goes off.
What does it mean? and can I disconnect it?

You should not disconnect it, this often leads to overheating and blown engines. And your top seems to be working perfectly normal. read your owners manual.

That buzzer will go off if you have low coolant AND/OR low oil. Even if you just have the key on engine off to roll up the windows. So if you drained your oil or coolant that would explain it.

My vert stops half way gives the beeps then continues to go down if I hit the button again. When it stops is when ill remove the targa or unlock it to fold it down.
