Raising JIC FLTA-2s

I put new rims on my car and it dropped it another inch. I was looking at the jic's and trying to figure out how to raise it up but cant figure out what point to use. How do you raise and lower the ride height? front and back.

you turn the rings around the coils where the springs sit. just spin them and make them go down if you want to lower the car, and visa versa. (it's the red part of the coilover where the bottom of the spring touches)
