Unhappy Radio wiring problems

Im having trouble with my new double din touch screen. I had it in there wired up before and it worked fine sometimes but then it would bug and do its own thing. I got pissed and shoved it in so i recently took it out and wanted to start from scratch. Now, it wont turn on from the wiring harness, i checked fuses and hooked the radio straight to the battery and she worked fine. Now im stuck at, is it not getting enough power, the ignition wire not working properly, or some other fuse or sensor. Idk, if some would could help me out id greatly appreciate it.

thanks.

Are you using an adapter harness? Do you have a multimeter? If so, check the voltage on the red and yellow wires. The red wire should have 12v only with the key turned to accessory or ignition, and the yellow is constant battery voltage.

If you're having power issues run a new 12v, constant, and ground like you did. Or it could just be the headunit fowling up.
