if the 6 pin clip on the passenger side is cut would that cause the the deck not to work when i wire it up, because that clip has the same color wires used for power ect, how would i go about wirering the deck manually i guess u could say to wire it with out using the existing wires

well i checked the room fuse and the radio fuse, both blown, i put a 10 amp in the radio one and still no juice, its litteraly like all the wires are dead, would the room fuse have anything to do with it?

The radio wire info is found in the FAQ for FC sticky thread found at the top of this section.

Ground to the body, use the 10mm bolt behind the center console front drivers access panel. Do not use the Red/Black as ground it will damage the interior light circuit and dimmer in the car
Front Speakers (maximum of a 15 watt peak from the radio):
LtGreen/Red= Left
LtGreen/Black= Left
LtGreen= Right
LtGreen/Yellow=Right
Rear Speakers (if applicable, if you have the amplified rear speakers again the Maximum of 15 watts peak is all the stock speaker amp input can handle):
Brown= Left rear
Brown/White= Left Rear
LtBlue= Right Rear
LtBlue/Orange=Right Rear
Note: as mentioned above the power antenna's trigger is ground (or - ). With all aftermarket radio's antenna output as 12 volts positive (+). To make a stock power antenna work you need a relay wired like this:
LTBlue/Red= 12v+
LtBlue/White= + Accessory/Switched
LtBlue/Yellow= - power ant trigger
Red/Black= + Lumination
White=Factory Amp Turn on

ok i went outside put 2 fuses in, i connected the yellow wire to the blue and red wire and i had the blck wire touching the 10 mm bolt on the side, now the deck should have turned on right? it seemed as there was no juice but as i pushed the wires in getting ready to come back in side they sparked and lew out the room and radio fuse, now am i missing somthing or should the deck have turned on with just the yellow wire connected to the blue and red wire plus the ground hooked up?

I don't think you are getting it.
You need the constant power and switched power and a ground for the radio to power on.
and your bump has been deleted. Bumps are forbidden in the 2nd gen technical section and frankly are rude anywhere if posted within 48 hours.
SO Again:
LTBlue/Red= 12v+
LtBlue/White= + Accessory/Switched
LtBlue/Yellow= - power ant trigger
Red/Black= + Lumination
White=Factory Amp Turn on
Ground to the body, use the 10mm bolt behind the center console front drivers access panel. Do not use the Red/Black as ground it will damage the interior light circuit and dimmer in the car.
So Yellow of the aftermarket radio goes to the Mazda blue/red (with a real connector- not with the wires being exposed)
The red of the aftermarket radio would go to the Mazda Blue/White
Black of the aftermarket radio to Ground.
Blue/White of the aftermarket radio to the Mazda White wire
Blue of the aftermarket radio to the aftermarket power antenna relay you install.
.

ok thanks that is mutch more clear to me, now i have one issue with the mazda blue/white wire, it is cut from the connector clip that clips to the passenger side speaker if that is cut from there, does it not work in the dash part where you wire up the actual wire to the radio? and once again thank you for making the wirering clear for me

I don't know how much clearer the wiring could be. It has been posted mutiple times in this very thread well alone countless others and the FAQ for FC sticky thread.
I must suggest that if you don't grasp the rather very simple radio wiring that you probably should be taking the car to a professional car stereo installer with the wiring information from this board. Given the difficulty here, you may be in over your head owning a RX-7 and perhaps another car is a better choice as well.
