Pretty kewl James.. You should come up to the auto-x's they are holding up here... Not at the gulf compress anymore, it's in a parking lot about 20 minutes from corpus... Big, open, flat, fresh tarmac.... I haven't been able to run there yet of course.. I'll be back soon though, January 26th is when i hop on that bird to come home (hopefully not a c-130.)..

Did you use that template of the guage cluster i had for that? Looks good.

This one. It's pretty accurate and has a fast sampling rate, but it's not back-lit and is powered by a button battery (I'm working on fixes for those problems). At NZ$45 (~US$32) it's pretty good value though.

NZ - Looks good man...for that cheap you should get two and to an input / out temp setup

Justin! Whats up man I want to go race with you guys but they have them at the begining of the month. I have off mid month...kinda sucks.

I will come up regaurdless when you come back man! I tried to use the templet but it was for a S4 surround I think. OR the fact that I had factory cd player changed things a little bit.

Wankel7's looks great. I'm lining up the same thing with a digital IAT display and (probably) oil pressure and water temp, installed using the same easy method.

I like the general idea. However, I would have used something less shiny--perhaps CF or matching colour FG. The whole panel draws too much attention to the eye and could be distracting.

Clean work though.

ya, I don't know how to make anything from CF or FG and I want something simple. CF would have been cool but oh well.

Sureshot how did you mount the safc on the ashtray?? or its just loose? , I have a safc 2 but i'm trying to figure out a place to hide it, since my old gen safc was stolen, the bitches broke in to my car and took the safc, I think that they thought it was an equilizer or something , b/c they leaved the damn harness, anyway I want a place where I can hide the new one, I was thinking on taking off the ashtray mount it there and make a cover or something, anyhow I need more Ideas and locations beside that.
