Radiator mounting question
I'm running a N/A S4, and I'm looking to lighten the load of my steel hood with either fiberglass or carbon fiber. I found an interesting hood with a vent, and I started researching V-mounts, but everything I find has the intercooler for the turbo, which I don't have.
So, is there a good way to duct air and do a "half V-mount" with just a radiator? or is there something that I can buy that can mount the radiator diagonally to make use of the vented hood?

Your better off getting an aluminum NA hood man, "V-mounting" the radiator on an NA with vented hood would be overkill IMHO. Your radiator is going to work best in the most direct stream of air and it works as is. All the radiator has to do is cool the coolant so the engine doesn't overheat, if it's doing that its working. You can get CF or FG non-vented hoods though if you really need that CF look. But the aluminum hoods is so light you can easily pick it up with one hand.
