Hey guys iv tried searching for peoples ideas on Radiator Ducts for the N/A fc3s
i didnt really find anything interesting or good!.
Im looking for peoples plans that worked on good cooling if anyone knows any links can you please post them i would greatly appreciate it

mm not really no, im talking about like a full duct that in close's the hole rad so all the air what goes threw the front bumper hole, gets pushed into the rad! something like this thanks

The rule of thumb is to make the inlet cross-sectional area about 1/4 the size of the heat exchanger core, plus or minus depending on the use of the car. You want to try and place the inlet in a high pressure area, such as the lower front bumper of the car, and the outlet in a low pressure area. Use cardboard to test-fit everything as mentioned earlier in this thread. Follow this guide for relative dimensions:

Holy F*&K thanks guys this is gona be awesome ! i made one out of cardboard to see what types of dimensions and deisgn i should use and such. but it didnt seem right but thank you Evil Aviator for the link thats what i need

Yeah I don't see a MAF so It's probably for a purpose that it's na. Maybe for a special class or something. Looks beast though...
So just curious. I'm out of work right now and don't have a shop to make my own sheet metal designs. Anyone know of places you can go to bring a cardboard cut out and ask them if they can cut it for you for a reasonable price?

well depending on how pretty uou want it one could with a set of tin snips, a rivet gun, drill and a vise could construct a duct themselves in a garage, but its not gunna come out as nice as one made using brakes and whatnot. still will work.. oh and dotn forget the HVAC tape.
