Question Racing Beat V.S. Corksport

Ok, first off I'm pretty sure I'd take racing beat over Corksport. But, I need turbo back exhaust.

Now I understand that the Corksport is single pipe and the Racing beat is dual.

Buts the corksport exhaust is $550 and racing beat is $825.

Is racing beat really worth it or is it safe to go with corksport?

Which is a better value?

i hear the RB is the best bet but it comes with a hefty price tag. aside from noise, i cant see that much of a peformance difference but i could be wrong. i have the corksport setup and it is LOUD, and rather raspy honda sounding...If you can afford it, i bet you will be happier with the RB setup. I had no choice as my car came with the corksport setup. I am currently looking for a new one. If i had to chose which was best as far as cost i would pick CS, its not a bad exhaust by any means, does the job.

I have the corksport on my car. It gets the job done and makes babies cry at the same time. If you have the money I would go for an RB setup. They are both good quality but the RB will keep the volume down.

I will be switching to RB catback in the future. or going for a custom setup.

You can look into making a custom dual exhaust using Borla Xr-1 mufflers. They create a nice tone. type borla Xr-1 into the search and you will find some info about it.

It totally depends on what you want/need from your exhaust. I'm sure they both perform well in terms of power, the CS is probably also lighter, but apparently the RB will probably sound better (even if it's just as loud, and better quality sound ALWAYS sounds quieter to the ear than nasty raspy sound). I also think the RB looks better, I think dual exhaust on these cars is ubersexy.

Not only are dual exhausts ubersexy as SpeedOfLife mentioned, but they are one of the components of our cars that makes them unique. Personally, I would go with the rb system. I just bought full rb, and it was worth every 1/8th of a penny. I couldn't of asked for anything better. It looks good, not like a ricy honda typical looking muffler tip. It sounds great, especially at WOT. You can get it quite when you want to, as opposed to the corksport its loud no matter what you do. I have nothing against the corksport, it also looks great but i'm more for the quality not to loud exhaust.

I went with RB because they look OEM, and are decently quiet when you're not on the throttle. They scream to life though when you pin it.

Racing Beat - Good performance, build quality, it's quiet for the most part but more expensive. Exhaust is heavy (probably not as much as the factory exhaust though), so if you are trying to drop alot of weight, probably not a good idea.

CS - Good performance, build quality is good, LOUD AS HELL, MUCH lighter than the RB. If you are trying to lighten your car, the CS is great.
