Racing Beat Presilencer
I have a custom downpipe that mates to the stock cat and the Apex-i N1 dual that's supposed to bolt on to the stock cat. My question is the following. Can I use the Racing Beat silencer in place of the stock cat? Will everything bolt in? Is there anything else I can use? I know I can use a muffler as a midpipe, but is there anything that bolts in?
Thanks

I don't think the RB pre-silencer is a direct replacement for the stock cat.I think it may be longer(not sure).I think is is only bolt in with thier Down pipe or header.

no it shouldnt be longer, i had the RB down pipe and with the presilencer to the stock y-pipe on my tii and it was fine couldnt hear my exhaust at all, i just put on a JDM mazda speed exhaust from the presilencer back and its sounds pimp not to loud but has a nice deep humm... so im prety sure its the same length as the stock cats

I even emailed RB to ask them and they said it would not fit in place of the stock cat, catback, and same lengthed downpipe without having to chop some length off somewhere.

How do I know its longer? I used to have the RB downpipe and presilencer. It will bolt on to the stock cat only if you use the RB downpipe. And of course we are talking about the 2.5" downpipe and presilencer.
