frist off is it worth it, second off, will it bolt onto the converter or not?

Its well worth it based on the opinions of the people on this board.

No it won't bolt up to the cat, you will need to buy the rb precilencer, which replaces the cat.

i dont know if i can handle it being that loud....no other option to bolt up downpipe?

The RB system is not that loud. Or go with a different brank dp...like Bonez or something.
