quick starter question

ok, i'm putting my engine back together after a rebuild and forgot how the starter wiring goes. There are 2 wires with the metal eyes, one small black and one big red. does the red go on the drivers side or the passenger side? i've read in the book and i can't seem to find any help on this simple question.
BTW: it is a s5 N/A coupe.
Thanks, Philip

well i now the lil black one with the clip goes somewhere on top of the big wire connection. and the big 1 coming out of the starter goes to the connection closest to it and the big + wire comming from the hardness goes right next to the 4 gauge coming from the starter.

The starter has a big black wire going from one terminal to the electric motor. The fat wire from the harness goes to the other terminal, and dont forget the small connector
