Should the 5/6 port actuaters move freely when the car is off, should I be able to move them by hand?

 

well, after trying all day to find an answer or to get them to move i'm not sure what to do. My car seems to be backfiring lots when i let off at over 6k and even backfires now more lower on the power band. That with the problem of the 5/6 has be really frustrated with her. + all the other stuff that needs to be done.

 

yes, you should be able to move them by hand.

back firing is probably related to a bad ACV or TPS adjustment

 

thanks Icemark, i can't move them by hand, so i assume they are locked into place, possibly closed.

well, i'm missing 1 od the 2 mufflers from the Y-pipe back, it broke off from rust. Came on the care when i bought it. some Borla system, poorly installed.
I am just looking for my top end power band.
