i am giving my car a 60k tune up i am changing the oil and spark plugs as some of the things im going to do my question is is Castrol GTX 20-50 a good oil to use in a turbo also what NGK spark plugs should i get can you tell me the part number also

are those plugs good for N/A and T2 i am going to replace my plugs and oil in my N/A to are they cheaper at autozone or car parts stores or do they need to special order them or would i be better off going online and getting them if i should get them online who sells them for the best pricing
