the shocks were replaced when the previous owner had the car, at 60xxx, so they have about 100xxx on them.
and the switch box was cut out, and i dont know if there are even turning.
could i just remove the actuators and turn the top screw to full stiff on all four.

Are you sure he put adjustable shocks back in the car? I can't see why he would pay all that money for OE shocks just to tear out the control unit...
And yes, you can remove the actuators and adjust them manually.

im the third owner, first owen was the type, 3K oil change no matter what, second owner, oh lets spray paint the interior white, and rip out this, then me
