quick quesiton on 5th and 6th ports( I searched)

quick quesiton on 5th and 6th ports( I searched)
Looking for exhaust on my 86 NA.
The RB header I'm looking at has no nipple for the 5th and 6th ports, or a bung for an 02 sensor.
The RB presilencer has a nipple for the 5/6 ports.
Is that all I need, or do I need the nipple to be on the header instead of the presilencer... Or should it be on both pieces?
What about the bung for the 02 sensor?
