It will, yes, but with a few minors that may **** you off. I've got an s4 bra for my s5 and you will notice that there is no full opening for the fog lamps. Other than that I think it's a bit on the tight side but doesn't really look outta place. I'll see if I can post a pic of it from this summer in a bit.
