Quick O2 sensor question
Quick question....
If the O2 sensor is not plugged in/barely plugged in/or just shot to Sh*t.
Would this cause the car to idle like crap/bog down etc?

From what i know (which... ahum! isnt too much) when the O2 sensor isnt connected it (for safety purposes) makes ur car run rich.

Nope. The O2 sensor will have very little effect when disconnected. It will basically prevent the car from going into closed loop, which will hurt your highway mileage slightly.

damn, I was hopeing that was it. I have rechecked all the plugs undone dureing my clutch install and that was the only one not plugged in good. Maybe its the air flow sensor. I can be driveing along RPM doesnt seem to matter and all of a sudden it will buck and bog, let off the gas for a sec and get back into it and it stops. I know my tps needs to be adjusted, I am going to try that tomorrow.
Was also going to change the fuel filter, should have done this when i was changing the clutch. would have been easier to get to.

You need to use a proper contact cleaner on the contacts, and remove the WD-40. Very soon, it will get dirty again and cause all kinds of problems. Electrical contact cleaner is available from most any auto parts store. While you are there, pick up some dielectric grease and use it on the connection to prevent this from happening again.
