ok so my car was starting and running fine about 1 1/2 hours ago great idle no lag during acceleration starting perfectly... but now all it does is crank and while cranking it shoots coolant all over the ******* place.. i cleaned all the electrical connections with some connector cleaner **** and everything is dry.. its still not starting what the hell is wrong why would it all of a sudden do this.. PLEASE HELP IM REALLY LATE FOR WORK

 

Your gonna be REALLY late for work..you have to Fix the Coolant leak,,and from the Sounds of it,you have a Blown Coolant Seal(engine Rebuild time)..need more info..where is the coolant Coming from?

 

the coolant is coming from the filler cap into the overflow tank i know my coolant seals are bad and ive been replacing coolant so i can keep it running just until i have enough for a rebuild and its been fine until now....

Yeah, you've completely lost a coolant seal, and if you had any hot spots during this time you were driving it like that...you've probably cracked the water jacket too.

It's rebuild and rent or borrow a car time.

 

hmm this morning i went out and started it.. quite a bit of white smoke came out and when it stopped i turned it off and later i put new coolant in and its running fine again except that i need to put a little bit of coolant in every 2-3 days...
