quick flywheel question

Owner says this fly wheel has been resurfaced. Its discolored in some areas. I was just wondering if its in its last of days working properly. My decision in buying it. Sorry for it being so big.

who knows what that discoloration is, I have never seen anything like that (if it isnt rust)

Otherwise it looks like it would be just fine, buy it.

You can see the marks on the surface from where it was machined. There's a swirl pattern all around it. Looks alright to me.
