Quick ATF trick Question

OK i know how the whole theory works and everything, ive done it before a few times. But heres the question which i havent been able to find a straight answer on yet-after i put the atf in the car let it sit 24hrs and smoke it out at idle do i drive it hard with the same plugs that were in there while it sat or do i change the plugs then go run it hard?

Drive it hard with the old plugs. It might be hard to start right away; you will just have to keep cleaning the old ones until it will run, and take it out on the the hiway for 8-10 redline runs in 3rd gear before you put the new plugs in.

7 leading, 9 trailing. If you want, you can try 9's in the leading as well (colder plug). If your idle/low rpm performance is not changed at all, than you are fine, otherwise use the hotter 7's.

I had the same question. I just left in the "old" sparks plugs, after all you don't want to foul up the brand new plugs....
