Quick Alternator Question

I am installing a Taurus alternator into my S5 FC but I pulled the motor from an S4 FC and the alternator wire came with it (Under UIM) however the S5 has a separate alternator loom that comes up on the drivers side. Think I am okay to use the S5 loom and leave the S4 wire?

I am running a stand alone, so I guess the question is does the alternator wiring for the S5 connect into the ECU plug or X10/X11 plugs or is it separate from everything? If it is separate on the S5 then I will use that plug and leave the S4. Just surprised it wasn't kept consistent.

Any help would be appreciated!
