I have a Type H-RFL on my car... I love the bastard!!!! Kinda cheap assed the way you have to add packing washers to it to adjust the spring tension rather than turning a set screw like on a Apex-i... BUT DAMMIT... its LOUD and functions perfectly.

In fact.. its so loud that at 10 PSI, I've had people jump back off the street when it went off!! At 15 PSI (now, none of us hit 15 PSI in town... right??? LOL) it will give old ladys heart attacks!!!

overall, even though its touted as the louded BOV going.. its got a good clean sound.... not whistling, no burbles, just a nice satisfying PFFFFEEEEWWWWW!
