Questions before rebuild tomorrow

1987 fc tii. Couple questions before the rebuild tomorrow. When testing the end play, should I have the new solid thermowax pellet with the spring in? Should I have the crush washer on the bolt when testing the end play. Next, the pulleys for the front, what way should they go. Let’s call them a b c d e, starting from left to right.

yes you should have everything in there to check the end play. I you have the pulleys correct too, they will only go one way. while you're checking the endplay, you should place the front cover on and verify that the timing marks. if its the original pulley it will line up, but its a good idea to check

So should I use the old crush washer for the first test or a brand new one? What position should the timing marks go in respect to the rotors?
